Abandoned Launch Complex

The last interplanetary rocket launched from this mountaintop facility in British Columbia's southern interior almost 40 years ago.
The year is 2060 - After a deadly plague decimated most life on earth, many of the wealthy elites secretly funded and used these facilities to evacuate the planet and find refuge among new settlements across the solar system.
Most of these locations were kept hidden from the public, however, after the severity of the global plague became apparent, news about these off-world launch sites quickly transformed from conspiracy-theory to fact.
Thousands flocked to these facilities, with hopes they would be granted survival among the colonies, only to be met with lethal resistance and ultimately doomed to their fate on mother Earth.
