VANCOUVER 2101

This is just a simple weekend project done back in June 2019. I had shot a few images from my patio and stitched together a panorama. Immediately I thought the lighting was perfect for a sci-fi image, and I started blocking some extra building out in 3D.
I imagined a near future version of Vancouver, where some of the other nearby train stations would experience a mass influx of construction projects, and tower complexes around them, resulting in multiple new tower clusters.

I stitched the images together with lightroom, rendered the base buildings in Clarisse, and finished with a paintover pass in Photoshop.

Also, I have a bunch of images shot from my patio - this panorama included - that I will be releasing on the ArtStation marketplace in the next few weeks. All images are shot from the same vantage point as this, but are shot at various times of day, seasons, and weather conditions. I have a few packs in the works, so be sure to keep an eye out!
